Bee Nomallini's Pizzelles
1/2 - Cup Butter
2/3 - Cup Sugar
3- Eggs, room temperature large
1 1/3 to 2 - Cups Flour
1 - tsp. Baking Powder
1 - tsp. Vanilla or anise
Pinch of Salt

Beat butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Add eggs and anise and beat. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into egg mix. Dough will be sticky soft.
For best results, make a soft batter.
Cook on a pizzelle iron
Dust with Confectioners sugar
