2 cans pureed pumpkin (Libby)
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground Cloves
3 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 cups evaporated milk
3 cups water
2 Tablespoons melted butter
3 unbaked pie shells

Bake pie shells 5 minutes. Cool
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar, pumpkin, salt and spices.
Blend in evaporated milk and water. You need a large bowl for this.
Add melted butter.
Pour pumpkin mix into pie shells.
Be careful very soupy.
Bake at 350 until jiggles like jelly.
