2 cans pureed pumpkin (Libby)
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
3 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups evaporated milk
3 cups water
2 Tablespoons melted butter
3 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Bake pie shells 5 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, pumpkin, salt and spices. Blend in evaporated milk and water. You need a large bowl for this. Add melted butter. Pour pumpkin mix into pie shells. Be careful: it's very soupy. Bake at 350º until jiggles like jelly. Makes 3 pies.
