1 lb tube plain sausage
3 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Work all ingredients together with hands to form into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Serve warm. These may be made ahead of time as they freeze well.
