Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 boneless cooked chicken breasts, cubed
1 T. butter
½ small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups water
2 cans Rotel
3 cans Great Northern beans-drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
salt & pepper to taste
1 can diced tomatoes w/garlic, oreg & basil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & saute' onions & garlic, add remaining ingredients cook 20 to 30 minutes, or until flavors are blended.

I usually put it in a crock pot for a couple of hours.

Serve w/tortilla chips, grated cheese & sour cream or cornbread.

Optional: I usually put a pint of sour cream in the chili.
