4 lb. chili ground meat or ground meat
4 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
black pepper
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
¼ cup crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except crackers, in large skillet and let brown: stir often.

Add 2 cups water to cover(about 1 inch over top).

Cook about 40 minutes with lid, turn burner low, when done add crackers, cook a few minutes more.
