1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. apple butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 - 3 1/2 c. flour
1 package yeast
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine raisins, apple butter, and walnuts. Chill. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast. Stir milk, molasses, butter, and salt and cook until just warm. Add to flour mixture. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in as much flour as you can. Knead in remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough. Put in loaf pans and chill. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Punch down. Let rest covered for 10 minutes. Roll to rectangle; spread with raisin mixture. Roll up, beginning with short end; seal edges. Let rise covered with waxed paper. Bake uncovered at 375 F for 55 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes. Top with glaze. Store in fridge. Makes 1 loaf.
