1 egg white
1 c sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
12 oz mixed nuts
1 tsp ground cloves
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º. In small bowl beat egg white until evenly coated. In large bowl combine sugar and spices; add nuts and toss until coated. Spread nuts in 2 quart baking dish. Bake nuts 3 hours; stir after 1½ hours baking. Cool nuts on cookie sheet; store in airtight container.
