Ingredients:
green tomatoes
bacon
lettuce
bread
breading
oil
egg white
mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Fry thick slices of green tomatoes in a light oil. Breading should be light, but you can use a flavored bread crumb mix. Heather says "corn meal is also really good." When the breading is a nice crispy light brown, the tomatoes are done. Prepare the bacon. Don't over cook it. Bacon is awesomeness and should never be over cooked, yet cooked just enough. Slice up the lettuce. Sever warm on a thick slice of your favorite bread. Potato bread has a great flavor. Heather suggests a little mayo on the sandwich. In a pinch, ranch dressing also works. Eat & enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Slice the tomatoes so that one thick slice will fill up the bread, if possible.
