Enough slices of toasted bread to cover the bottom of your casserole dish
Leftover Turkey, preferably white meat
Green Olives
Enough slices of Bacon to have two on each piece of toast (cook bacon slightly)
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Flour
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place toasted bread in bottom of flat casserole dish. Place turkey on top of bread. Then place bacon and green olives over the turkey.


Make a cheese sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan and then stirring in the flour to the melted butter. Add mild slowly as you stir the ingredients together. Cook just to the boiling point.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Stir till all the cheese is melted.


Pour the cream sauce over top of the layers in the casserole dish.


Bake in 350º oven for 30 to 40 minutes or till browned.
