350 g Flour
80 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
6 eggs
½ liter milk
80 g butter
(optional) thinly sliced bananas and or apples

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt in an electric mixing bowl.
Add the eggs and mix.
Next add the milk and mix until there are no lumps.
Let sit for 20 min.
Warm pan and put 1 T. butter
Thinly pour and spread batter into pan ( I use a 12 in pan and ½ c. thinly spread batter)
Quickly add fruit if desired.
Cook until the batter looks drier and flip the pancake.
Serve with jam, powdered sugar, nutela, or cinnamon sugar.
