4 8 oz prime filet mignons

1 package of blue cheese. (French)

Directions:

BBQ steaks to desired doneness.

Add blue cheese on top of the steaks, during the last few minutes of BBQ time.

Cook until cheese is melted.

Prime filet is our favorite! Use blue cheese with lots of veining. We like French blue cheese from Sprouts or Trader Joe's.
