1 (4 pound) beef chuck roast
1 stick butter
5 pepperoncini peppers (on the pickle aisle of grocery stores)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet dry au jus mix

Directions:

1. Place roast in a slow cooker.
2. Place butter, pepperoncini peppers, ranch dressing mix, and au jus mix on the roast.
3. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
