¾ cup finely chopped pitted kalamata olives
½ cup finely chopped pitted green olives
½ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir. Cover with tight fitting lid and store in refrigerator until serving time or up to one month.
