10 oz. raw jumbo shrimp 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. garlic juice (I sometimes use minced garlic) fresh parsley, chopped salt paprika
1. Peel off shells from shrimp by running under cold water, leaving the last tail section attached. 2. Wash out sand vein on back of each shrimp. 3. Arrange shrimp in fry pan. 4. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic juice. 5. Cook on medium heat. 6. Add paprika. 7. Re-coat shrimp and continue to cook shrimp until they are tender. 8. Serve with sprigs of fresh parsley
