1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine, eggs for one minute. Beat in banana and vanilla on low speed. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda. Spread dough in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool, Frost using recipe below.

Frosting:
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 3/4 - 4 cups powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add powdered sugar until consistency desired. Store in fridge.
