smoked salmon, sliced paper-thin

drained capers
minced red onion
minced flat leaf parsley
lemon wedges
Horseradish Cream










Directions:
Directions:
Layer slices of salmon on each serving plate. Sprinkle with drained capers, some red onion and minced parsley. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a dollop of Horseradish Cream.

Serve with Toast Points if desired.
 

Horseradish Cream


Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
1 small garlic clove, minced (opt)
pinch of paprika
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, garlic, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
