1 lb. baby spinach
1 pt strawberries, sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
½ cup toasted pecan halves



Dressing:
½ cup oil
⅜ cup sugar
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients in jar and shake to dissolve sugar. Add just before serving.
