1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
18 oz mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning to taste
1 egg, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread dough and press out on greased cookie sheet till flat. Scatter browned sausage, cheese, and Italian seasoning over the dough. Roll up as for jelly roll. Put seam side down in a greased bread pan or on a cookie sheet. Brush top with the beaten egg and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Cool, remove from pan and slice.
