1 C Light brown sugar - firmly packed
1/2 C Whipping Cream
1/2 C Butter
Pinch of salt

1 T Vanilla

Feel free to stir in 1/4 cup of your favourite liquer if you wish!

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring sugar, cream, butter and salt to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Cook at a boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat add vanilla or liquer of your choice. Stir well. Let cool and serve with - ice cream, pie, pancakes, french toast - or whatever you want to taste great.
