1 C. Soft Butter 2 C. Flour
1 C. & 1 Tbs. Sugar C. Baking cocoa
1 C. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs 1 C. Chopped Pecans
2 tsp. Vanilla 1 - 13 oz. Pkg. Rolos

Directions:

Cream butter, brown sugar and 1 cup sugar, Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Beat until combined. Stir in cup pecans. Shape dough by Tablespoon around the candy. In a small bowl, combine remaining pecans and 1 Tbs. sugar. Dip each cookie way then place nut side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes or until top is slightly cracked. Cool 3 minutes on pan then remove from pan
