Sift together:
1 ¼ C. Flour ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
Cream Together
½ C. Butter - Softened ½ C. Brown Sugar - packed
½ C. Sugar
Beat into butter/sugar mixture:
1 Egg
Add dry ingredients gradually.
Add:
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ C. Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes on a greased (Pam) cookie sheet.
(They don’t look done!)
