1/2 C Light brown sugar - firmly packed
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C Whipping Cream
Pinch of table salt
1/4 Brandy, Or: Bourbon, Triple Sec, Amaretto, Pernod - change the name appropriately
1 T Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring sugar, butter, cream and salt to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Boil for one minute stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat, add liquer and whisk in powdered sugar.

Let cool - and serve with ice cream, French Toast - pancakes or whatever your heart desires.
