1 (lb.) bag frozen green peas, thawed
2 to 3 heads broccoli florets, chopped
cup crumbled bacon
1 cup craisins

Herb Mayo:
1 cup parsley
1 shallot or of regular onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon zest
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 lemon, only use juice
3 eggs
1 tsp, garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried dill
2 cups of good oil

Directions:
The day before serving toss together with the Herb Mayo, using only enough to wet the ingredients to the salad.


Herb Mayo: In blender, mix all ingredients, except oil, continue with blender running and slowly add the oil until well
blended.
