Mix together and set aside:
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Bring to boil in saucepan and add to dry ingredients:
2 cubes butter or margarine
4 T cocoa
1 cup water

Mix in:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp soda
2 eggs

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting:
Bring to boil:
1 cube butter or margarine
4 T cocoa
6 T milk

Add and mix and spread on cake:
1/2 bag powdered sugar
1 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla.
