1 lb Penne
1 lb Fresh large prawns, deveined
4 T Olive Oil
2T Olive Oil (to saute)
8 Garlic Cloves - chopped
12 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 C Fresh Basil chopped
1 Pint grape tomatoes - sliced in half
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shell prawns and wash thoroughly.
2. Marinate chopped garlic, basil, and crumbled feta cheese in 4T olive oil for several hours.
3. Saute the cut tomatoes - very briefly in olive oil
3. Sautee prawns in 2 T olive oil , until pink and cooked through
4. Cook the penne in boiling, salted water, and then drain penne well, when al dente.
5. MIx cooked prawns, penne, basil and marinating feta mixture in serving bowl and serve.
