4-5 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 stick butter, sliced
garlic salt to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make a foil-lined pan and spray with cooking spray. Layer potatoes, onions, butter and spices until all ingredients are used up. Place either on a grill or in a 350º until potatoes are tender.

(Pairs nicely with steak, chicken, any meat dish or by themselves.)
