2 eggs beaten
1½ cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and milk. Mix in dry ingredients. If too thick add more milk. Use in 8 inch skillet. Heat cooking oil to 360º. Pour by stream into hot cooking oil. Fry about 3 minutes. Turn and cook 1 minute more. Remove and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
