Cookies: Dishpan Cookies Recipe

2 cup packed brown sugar
2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup oil
4 eggs
4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 quick cooking oats
4 cups corn flakes
1 cup coconut
1 package Heath Brickle Mix
1 cup chopped pecans

Cream brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs.
Fold in by hand flour, soda, salt, quick oats, corn flakes, Brickle, and pecans.
Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Better if not baked so long.
