1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup boiled water
1 cup of powdered sugar (or more to taste)

Directions:
Bring milk to a nice boil.

Mix vinegar & water in a cup and then pour the mix into the boiling milk carefully stirring while pouring it in.

Turn off the gas and remove from stove.

Cover the container for 1 hour and let it sit.

Use a cheese cloth to strain the milk solids and squeeze and hang for 2-3 hours. No more water should come out otherwise it needs to be squeezed or needs more time. Now you have Chenna.

Put into fridge once water has been removed place the Chenna and place in the fridge overnight.

The next day grind the chenna really well in a mixer. Add the powdered sugar. Note regular sugar will not give the correct texture. Mix the sugar in by hand and then start making pedas.
