1 cup sprouted mung beans and kala channa
1 tsp oil
salt
haldi
chilli powder
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a small sauce pan with the oil of your choice.

Once oil is hot put 1 pinch of jeera. Once Jeera is warm add sprouted mung and channa.
Add a pinch of haldi and salt to taste.

In 2-3 minutes channa will get soft. Remove from heat.

Add Chilli powder and lemon juice and eat while warm.
