Challah bread
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
3 T milk
Bowl of cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into thick slices.
Beat eggs, vanilla and milk.
Heat skillet with 2 T of butter.
Dip bread into egg mixture, then into cornflake crumbs.
Fry in butter, turning when brown to fry other side.
Serve with maple syrup.
