1 onion, sliced
1/4 lb lox
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 T butter in skillet. Cook onions until browning. Add lox. Scramble eggs and pour over lox and onions. Continue to scramble eggs in skillet until cooked through.
Serve with ketchup!
