3 c light brown sugar
½ c cream (half & half)
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cream, butter; boil 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, cool. Beat, adding milk if needed, for spreading ability.
