Ingredients:  
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked as directions
2 cups rice, cooked
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. of Velveeta Cheese (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pepper & onion in butter.
Line casserole dish with rice,
Add all ingredients to broccoli & pour mixture into rice, cover with a layer of Velveeta Cheese,
repeat with cheese on top.
Cook @ 350 for 40 minutes.
