1 c flour
2 t sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 egg
3/4 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all to make batter.
Heat vegetable oil until very hot.
Pass batter through a funnel, swirling it into the oil, turn when brown, cook other side.
Drain well, dust with powdered sugar.
Serve with maple syrup.
