Cake:
3 eggs
c. butter or oleo
c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. seedless blackberry jam
tsp. allspice
tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Frosting:
1 c. butter
1 c. pure whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:
Mix wet ingredients together
Mix dry ingredients together
Mix wet and dry ingredients together
Bake in 3 (8 inch) pans at 350 until cake is done

Frosting:
Mix butter, whipping cream, sugar and flour together; frost cooled cake.

If don't have buttermilk can use 1⅓ T. vinegar with 1 c. milk
or c. evaporated milk and c. water.
