1 lb ground beef
1 c onion, chopped
¾ c green pepper, chopped
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 c diced zucchini
3 medium tomatoes skinned and chopped
1¼ c fresh or frozen corn
½ c catsup
1½ tsp chili powder
1 c water, if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef, onion, pepper in 12 in skillet until well browned. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Debbie states: "It is always made with homegrown beef and vegetables. Eleanor was a wonderful cook. I gave it my best shot to learn all things food from her, as my mom's best meal is boxed spaghetti. (on a side note; I never could gut a chicken like Eleanor.)"
