6 potatoes sliced
1/2 diced onion
3 T flour mixed with 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 t salt
4 T butter cut in small pieces
11/2 c half and half or whole milk or similar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven (350 to 400)
grease a 1 qt casserole
layer ingredients by thirds Potatoes, onion, flour mixture, butter
Pour milk over potato layer and bake 1 hour or so.
