1½ lb ground hamburger
1 c dry bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp instant onion
15 oz tomato sauce, divided in ½
2 tsp mustard
½ c sugar
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, eggs, instant onion and ½ of tomato sauce. Form into loaf pan in 9 in x 5 in x 3 in pan and bake at 350º for 50 minutes.

Top with:
In sauce pan combine and bring to a boil the ½ tomato sauce, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour over meat loaf and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
