1 rack of lamb, most of fat trimmed away, seasoned with Lawry’s garlic salt

3 T fig jelly
1 t Dijon mustard
1 T honey
2 1/2 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jelly, mustard, crumbs and honey.
Arrange lamb in baking dish, bones downward.
Pat the mixture over the lamb, coating well. If necessary make more mixture.
Bake in 350º oven until coating is hard and lamb is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
