1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers (38)
1 cup finely chopped pecans
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
½ cup finely chopped dried apricots
¼ cup light corn syrup
2 Tbsp apricot brandy

½ cup sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl stir together vanilla wafers, pecans, ½ cup powdered sugar, and the apricots. Stir in corn syrup and brandy. Using 1 tablespoon for each cookie, shape mixture into balls. ( I make mine a little smaller) Roll in remaining ¼ cup powdered sugar. Store in covered container.
