1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 stick salted butter, plus 1 Tablespoon melted for crust
2 refrigerated rolled pie crusts
1 (21 ounce can apple pie filling
2 Tablespoons cinnamon sugar
vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Melt brown sugar and stick of butter in a 9 inch iron skillet over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and cover with one pie crust.
Pour the apple filling on top of the crust, sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of the cinnamon sugar and cover with the second crust. Brush with the 1 Tab. of melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot, topped with a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream.
