½ c sugar
1 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp water
1 pinch salt
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 drop butter
bananas
peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, vinegar, salt and egg yolks together. Heat and stir until butter is melted, then add sugar flour; cook in double boiler until it thickens. Slice bananas in bowl and add sauce. Put salted peanuts on top.

Indy Bananas-
Jon Stuckey remembers PaPaw Merlin taking him, Jeff and Larry to the Indy races. Jon said, "Jeff and Larry sat together and I got to sit with PaPaw. PaPaw and Jon had brought a bag of snacks. Jon sat there eating bananas and wanted to throw the peels onto the track so the cars would spin out and crash. PaPaw kept saying, "No, now that's not why we are here Jon."
