2 tsp lemongrass grated
3 kafir lime leaves (or substitute grated lime zest)
1 Thai basil sprig
3 cups coconut soup
2 cups chicken stock
2 Tablespoons+ red curry paste
1 Tablespoon+ lime juice (I use a whole lime)
1 Tablespoon+ tamarind paste
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove crushed garlic
