2 tsp lemongrass grated
3 kafir lime leaves (or sub grated lime zest
1 Thai basil sprig
3 cups coconut soup
2 cups chicken stock
2 TBSP+ red curry paste
1 TBSP lime juice (I use a whole lime)
1 TBSP+ tamarind paste
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 clove crushed garlic
