1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
5 Tbsp Psyllium husk powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt ( I used pink Himalayan salt)
2 tsp ACV, apple cider vinegar
1 ¼ cup boiling water
3 egg whites (I used 6 Tbsp egg white liquid in carton)
I added 1 tsp of yeast for flavou

1) Pre Heat your oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2) Put water on to boil
3) Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
HINT...if your almond flour and psyllium husk are not fine flour consistency, place in blender or food processor to blend or pulverize to ensure a finer blend.
4) Once the water has boiled add it, the vinegar and egg whites while beating with a mixer for 30 seconds
5) But do NOT over mix, should be the consistency of play dough
6) Bake on lower rack for 15 minutes and then turn down the oven to 350 and bake 30-40 minutes longer.

MY THIRD BATCH I switched out 1/4 cup of almond flour for golden flax meal and added 1 tbsp. of nutritional yeast. They still turned out great!
