Ingredients:  
6-8 potatoes, peeled, boiled, mashed with butter and milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
sliced carrots
sliced celery
2 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef adding onions at the end. Stir in soups and water to get a thin gravy consistency. Add carrots, celery, salt and pepper. You may add cooking wine if you wish or your favorite seasoning. Cook down to a good consistency, not too runny. Put into a dish. Top mixture with mashed potatoes, dot with butter. Bake in oven at 350 till browned, or broil top only.
