Dry Rub of choice or some barbecue sauce
Beer or little water - or both
Meat Tenderizer
Montreal steak seasoning if not using a dry rub
Large roaster

Directions:
Directions:
Put brisket in roaster
Put dry rub or meat tenderizer & montreal steak seasoning on brisket. I put some barbecue sauce on brisket - not a lot, I do not cover the brisket,
I add water and beer - do not pour on brisket, pour around. Just a little to go in bottom of roaster - too much and you will have over flow in oven! Only 1/8 to 1/4 inch around roaster.
Cook all night and day on 200.
I put in oven around 10:00 PM or later & take our next day, no earlier than 2:00 PM.

Trim fat and slice
