1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter
1 1/3 cups Bakers coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the milk, sugar, vanilla, butter, and beaten egg yolks in a saucepan. Over a medium heat, cook until bubbly and thick (about 12 minutes). Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until thick and cooled down. Spread on German Chocolate cake.
