4 T cocoa
6 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
4 T butter
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk, cocoa and better together. Add the salt and add enough powdered sugar to make a soft icing. Add the vanilla and blend well. You can also make this frosting by melting the cocoa and butter together, then adding the vanilla and powdered sugar to make a thick frosting. You may need to add hot water to get the frosting to the right consistency. This recipe is from my Aunt Lula Matineau, Newdale, ID
