2 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla
water to consistency
4 T cocoa
1/2 cup butter
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Blend powdered sugar and cocoa together. Add the shortening and butter and continue blending. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla. Continue to add water until icing has reached its correct consistency.
